Return Policy

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.
- We accept returns only for:
  - Unused products that are in new, original condition.
  - Products with a manufacturer defect, reported within 7 days of delivery.
  - Due to safety, hygiene, and infectious disease control, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been used, worn, placed on, or tried on a horse, even briefly. This policy helps prevent the potential transfer of bacteria, fungi, viruses, or other contaminants between horses.
  Please carefully review our sizing guides and product information before ordering and before placing the product on your horse.
  If you believe you received a defective product or need to request a return of an unused item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos, if applicable. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
  Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect.
